A guided way to compare compute, storage, network needs, and upgrade paths before buying homelab hardware.
The first tool idea is a builder that helps a reader describe what they want to run, compare hardware options against those needs, and understand the trade-offs before they buy.
This is a planned tool, not a working product. Its requirements, data sources, and possible business model have not been decided. The first version should prefer transparent assumptions and user-controlled data over account creation or opaque recommendations.
